Nike leads innovation bank-wide through Fintecubator, the Hang Seng innovation program. He leads and implements the innovation strategy through culture, technology, and process changes, focusing on creativity, people, and networks. Furthermore, he looks after future skills development and improves ways of working within the bank through internal community and external partnerships with the ecosystems.
Nike has over 30 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry, taking on various senior roles in Hang Seng and HSBC, with expertise in change management covering data and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
